Julia Lazzari-Dean, Ph.D.

I'm a microscopist. I'm passionate about building and using new microscopy technologies, and my work lies somewhere at the intersection of biophysics, chemical biology & cell biology.

I develop new technologies to "watch" the foundational (and beautiful!) processes going on inside cells. I love quantitative microscopy and live cell imaging, and I particularly love when the two of those are combined.
